On behalf of the Australian Professional Association for Trans Health, it is our pleasure to invite you to the Biennial AusPATH Conference to be held from 24-26 October 2019, at The Esplanade in the heart of Fremantle, Western Australia.

The theme of the conference is Myth busting: Sorting fact from fiction in trans healthcare. An outstanding scientific program will be led by international plenary speakers and Australian experts representing disciplines across health, education, law, ethics and human rights. The Conference will host a variety of presentations, panel discussions and debates that will engage attendees involved in clinical practice, research, education, community based and peer led services. Trans, gender diverse and non-binary community members are strongly encouraged to attend.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring people together. Network with peers, leading researchers or clinicians, meet new colleagues, create or strengthen existing friendships. Have fun! AusPATH 2019 promises to expand your knowledge, engage your mind, entertain and delight you whilst providing a backdrop of sun, sand and spring time in beautiful Western Australia.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Associate Professor Michelle Telfer. President, Australian Professional Association for Trans Health.
